Tenerife – 2015

It’s a nice area and as I was going up & not down the views were very different. Felt strong on the climbs and heart rates were very low. Sat for a while in the sun taking in the stunning views whilst eating lunch. Came out onto the Tiede road at 950m and enjoyed the descent down to La Orotava which I last did slowly in the thick wet mist a few days ago. Continue reading Tenerife – 2015

Best Bike Rides 2015-4

Number 4 Teide Downhill Caught the ‘Bike Bus’ to Tiede Parador (hotel) and cycled ‘home’.
